Cari Caldwell is a systemic constellation facilitator and somatic executive coach with over 20 years of experience working with leaders, organizations, families, and communities across more than 15 countries.
She founded Field & Fold to bring constellation work to the intersection of family, organizational, and community systems — helping them become places where all members can thrive and belong.
Her work addresses what most approaches leave untouched: founder dynamics and organizational entanglements, the role of money and lineage in family systems, the sexuality and eros that often stays in the shadows of family and organizational fields, the hidden orders that cause unexplained turnover, persistent underperformance, and the problems that resist every conventional solution. When everything else has been tried and it still doesn’t move — that is often where constellation work begins.
Cari has been a founder or co-founder of six organizations, including Future Considerations — a WorldBlu-certified democratically run company — and Birthwise, for which she produced the Birthwise Childbirth Education Course. She has participated in an employee ownership transfer of one of her companies. The humans she has coached span an unusually wide range: senior banking executives, midwifery practice owners, nonprofit leaders, small business owners, and new mothers.
A former faculty member at the Strozzi Institute, she trained for three years in organizational, family, and social constellations under master practitioners including Caroline Ward, Judith Hemming, Judy Wilkins-Smith, Stephanie Hartung, and Jack Blackwell. She holds a BA from Northwestern University, masters coursework from Antioch University, and certifications in Spiral Dynamics, Intercultural Development Inventory, Newfield Ontological Coaching, Strozzi Institute Personal Mastery, MIT ULab, Hudson Valley Psychodrama, and ISTA Practitioner Training.
